Terms of Service
HoldForMe is a call-assistant service that dials supported vendor phone lines, waits on hold, and can call you back when you ask it to. By using the service, you authorize HoldForMe to place and manage those calls on your behalf for the supported workflows shown in the product.
Using the service
You must provide accurate account details, use a phone number you control, and only use HoldForMe for lawful support interactions. You may not use the service to harass vendors, misrepresent yourself, or automate unsupported or prohibited workflows.
No guarantee of agent detection
Vendor phone systems can play IVR menus, hold music, closed-hours recordings, and voicemail prompts. HoldForMe does not guarantee that a connected vendor line means a human agent is available, and call outcomes may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete.
Third-party providers
HoldForMe relies on third-party providers including telephony and infrastructure vendors. Availability and call quality depend in part on those providers and on the vendor you are calling.
ConsentKeys identity protection
If HoldForMe changes identity providers, if ConsentKeys changes providers, or if HoldForMe is sold, merged, or otherwise changes ownership or control, ConsentKeys must not dox you or reveal your real identity by default. That can only happen after a clear warning and after you manually type I consent to confirm that you understand you will lose the anonymity ConsentKeys had provided up to that point. Checkboxes, implied consent, or silent migration are not sufficient.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for abuse, fraud, security risk, unsupported use, or failure to follow these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product changes. Material changes should be reflected on this page before they take effect.
